I’m Tasha, a dedicated performing arts instructor with a passion for helping students unlock their potential through dance, music, and movement. Trained at a performing arts college in East London, where I graduated with top honours in Dance and Musical Theatre, I’ve had the privilege of building a diverse career in the arts. My training includes time at the Royal School of Music and dance training at the renowned Pineapple Studios in London for Street Dance, & Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance for Contemporary Dance. I’ve also had the pleasure of performing for major platforms like the BBC at Maida Vale Studios, ITV's X Factor auditions, and as part of Fusion Dance Company. Additionally, I was a resident performer at Barking Broadway Theatre and the resident Zumba presenter for Race for Life UK.
With years of professional experience teaching dance and vocals across schools in Essex, I specialise in tailoring classes and workshops that inspire young performers while meeting the educational needs of schools. My work in Theatre in Education integrates creative learning with the school curriculum, making the performing arts both accessible and meaningful for students. At NHPA, my goal is to bring high-quality, affordable performing arts training to our community, creating a space where every child can shine and grow in confidence.
As a dedicated dance teacher with a passion for creativity and inclusivity, I bring a unique perspective to my classes, shaped by my experience living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). My journey has taught me that having a disability does not define your limitations—it defines your strength.
I have developed a teaching style that emphasizes adaptability, allowing every student to find their rhythm, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities. By understanding and working with my own needs, I have honed the skills to create tailored, accessible lessons for individuals with disabilities, making dance a joyful experience for everyone.
I am committed to being SEN (Special Educational Needs) inclusive, ensuring all students feel welcome and supported in my classes. Whether you're here to build confidence, refine technique, or simply express yourself, I aim to show that dance is for everyone.

This is Jess - my eldest daughter who also shares her love for Dance and aspires to give young dancers the opportunity to fall in love with dancing just as she did throughout her childhood. Starting her training at Ultimate Dance NRG in Hornchurch Essex, and helping assist in classes as part of her Duke of Edinburgh award, Jess found herself in the art of Dancing. Having been bullied at school she found a safe space and began to use dance as her time to let loose and have fun as well as make some lovely friendships with her dance family. Jess has performed in many shows, and her most recent was the SEEA Awards where the dancers got the golden buzzer for their performance.
Jess's speciality is Street, Contemporary and Commercial styles of dance. She is brilliant with SEN children having experience with her youngest sibling who has Autism.
Jess also teaches for a local swim school so some of you might recognise her!
